This project, implemented by Deutsche Welthungerhilfe (WHH) in Kenya, aimed to improve water access and WASH governance in Turkana, Marsabit, and Kajiado counties. Through a systems strengthening approach, the project sought to enhance institutional arrangements, service delivery, regulation, and accountability within the WASH sector. This baseline report presents the findings of a comprehensive assessment conducted to inform the project's implementation and measure its impact.

This project, implemented by Deutsche Welthungerhilfe (WHH) in partnership with LOKADO, PACIDA, and KWAHO, aimed to improve water access and WASH governance in Turkana, Marsabit, and Kajiado counties. Through a three-tiered approach, the project sought to strengthen WASH systems at the community, county, and national levels. This evaluation report presents the findings of a comprehensive Knowledge, Attitudes, Behaviors, and Practices (KABP) survey conducted to inform the project's implementation and enhance its effectiveness.
